  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Are payment plans available?
    Gowns require a full payment at purchase. BNPL [Buy Now Pay Later] options like Affirm, Klarna and PayPal Later are available at checkout. Choose which works best for you!
  • I live out of town. Is there a way for me to try on gowns in my home?
    ~ Purchase a 'Try Before You Buy' eGiftCard in the amount respective to the total price of your gown. ~ Include your desired gown style, size and color in the message box or send us an email. ~ You will receive an estimated ship time on your gown. ~ Once the gown is received you have 72 hours to try it and either keep it, or return it. ~ If you don't love it, you have to return the gown and 50% of your gift card amount will be retained as a restocking fee. ~ If you love it, Congratulations! The balance will be due via invoice or other arrangements.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule my consultation?
    Since gowns typically take 6-8 months to be produced, not including shipping, consultations should be made not less than 10 months before the wedding date. To schedule your consultation, visit to select a date and time that best works for you.
  • How many people are allowed with me during a consultation?
    We would love for you to be able to share your special moment with the ones you love, however only 4 people are allowed for the appointment.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • How do I purchase a gown online?
    ~ Select the gown in which you are interested ~ Select the size and color you prefer. If your size is not available, your gown will have to be ordered. You would send an email with your style and size information and we would help you place your order. ~ Select your payment preference and submit
