Why is there a consultation fee? Do you offer payment plans for gown purchases? The $90 consultation fee secures your private appointment and covers the time and resources dedicated solely to you. This is common practice in exclusive bridal ateliers where appointments are highly personalized. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. However, we offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options such as Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal Later at checkout. Select the option that suits you best!
-
Do you have all sizes available to try on? Are the dresses available to purchase off the rack? Our samples vary in size but are not available in full size ranges. We use clips and styling techniques to help you visualize fit. This is standard in boutique bridal experiences focused on customization. Though our gowns are made-to-order and sourced specifically for you following your consultation, some of our Sample Gowns are available for purchase to help make room for new collections!
-
When should I schedule my consultation? How many dresses will I try on?Gowns usually take 6-8 months to be produced, excluding shipping time. Therefore, schedule your consultation at least 10 months before your wedding date. To book your consultation, visit www.jcheree.com/onlinebooking and choose a convenient date and time. Typically, brides try on 3 to 5 gowns from our curated samples during their appointment. These pieces help us understand your preferences in fit, style, and fabric. From there, we guide you in selecting or customizing the perfect gown to order.
-
What should I expect during my consultation?J. Cheree Bridal offers a private, one-on-one appointment experience designed to help you explore silhouettes, fabrics, and styles. We work exclusively with made-to-order and bespoke gowns, which means our in-house collection is limited and highly curated to inspire your selections — not a full showroom of inventory.
-
What is an FAQ section? An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
